About Magnetic Magnetic is an independent creative agency with offices in London and Istanbul, working with ambitious brands across markets, industries, and platforms. This role is suited to a designer who is already comfortable working across multiple design disciplines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from brand and campaign design to digital and presentation work, collaborating closely with senior designers, project managers, and clients. This role is a good fit if you: Have experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment Are confident designing across both brand and digital outputs Have strong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual systems Can manage your own workload while collaborating effectively with others Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating efficiently Can work across multiple projects without losing quality or focus You don’t need to be an expert in everything — but you should be strong in more than one area and comfortable adapting. Experience & requirements Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating ideas to clients and team members Degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience A strong portfolio demonstrating real, delivered work, with particular strength in layout and typography Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craft Good time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure Confidence presenting and explaining design decisions A professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work Tools & skills Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience designing for both digital and print contexts Motion design, video editing, or 3D experience is a bonus, not a requirement Familiarity with web platforms such as Wix Studio or Shopify is helpful We value designers who continue to learn and adapt as tools and platforms evolve.
