Description

Location: Aldrich Naval Base Guam Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Travel Required: Up to 10% LaunchTech is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This role provides hands-on technical support for end-user systems, enterprise infrastructure, and mission-critical operations, with a strong on-site presence required to support test and mission events. What You’ll Be Doing End-User Systems & IT Support Deploy, configure, and support customer laptop and desktop computer systems, software applications, IT support equipment, VoIP, and mobile telephony products Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for customer equipment, especially during test and event periods Document all work performed in support of customer systems and infrastructure Infrastructure & Network Support Provide technical support for enterprise networking and infrastructure projects Maintain and provide 100% uptime network support, including fiber and copper cabling as required COMSEC & Mission Support Provide COMSEC support to deployed COMSEC equipment Function as the local COMSEC Hand-Receipt Holder, including re-keying equipment and providing general COMSEC support Perform duties as the Trusted Agent for the site Provide continuous on-site support, especially during mission and test events Operational Support Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support situations Support job-related travel as mission requirements dictate What You Bring Basic Requirements: Must have 2.5, or more, years of directly related experience Must have a current Security+ certification with Continuing Education (CE) Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance Why LaunchTech?
