JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Discipline Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of complex building services projects across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. This role is critical in managing and ensuring technical compliance, controlling budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope across a variety of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field)
• Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM) is desirable
• 5+ years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary M&E projects
• Strong technical knowledge across both mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Proven experience with project planning tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in high-value construction or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with BIM, CAD, and other digital engineering tools
