JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. We run routes 7 days a week, this position is for a weekend driver with optional extra days in the week, The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to multiple locations approx 100 stops per day. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a strong commitment to customer service. REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver. Full training given
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and carry out physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes is beneficial.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all road regulations.
• Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to management.
