We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting dairy & food products safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members and someone who enjoys an early start to the day. The Van Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably as a Van Driver or Delivery Driver.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is advantageous.
• A valid driving licence appropriate for operating vans is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Experience of working & delivering in London advantage

• Operate a van for the safe transportation of Dairy & Food products to designated locations in a tempature controled van.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
• Load and unload items, which may involve heavy lifting, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving practices.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Early Morning Start 01:00 start drive in the company van - collect from Woking GU21 5SF and finish at Home
