This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organisational needs. The Recruiter will leverage various tools and platforms, to streamline the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management to build rapport with candidates
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates in the internal systems.
• Collaborate with operations managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
• Foster relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and adjust strategies accordingly.
