MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of project management experience in roofing or construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing multi-family roofing projects (repairs, replacements, new installations)
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and warranty requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scope documents
• Knowledge of insurance claims and storm damage restoration
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Multi-Family Project Manager to oversee roofing projects for multi-family residential buildings. In this high-impact role, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with property managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective roofing solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage roofing projects for multi-family properties from start to finish
• Coordinate with property managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate project timelines, updates, and expectations to clients and internal teams
• Oversee permits, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Lead crews and ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and vendors
