RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Develops, implements, and manages program promotion and execution
· Supervising a service delivery team in providing quality high priority services to clients of targeted age groups
· Ensures quality participant-focused programs through program assessment and outcome measurement
· Develops and maintains a data management system tracking outcomes and other required data points
· Prepare, manage, and report on department budgets ensuring resources are devoted to priorities
· Identifies and cultivates partners and stakeholders to enhance existing and planned programming
· Grant writing and assisting with fundraising-related tasks.
