Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Multi-Grade, Multi-Subject Teacher to join our team. This role involves teaching across multiple grades (K-9) and subjects, fostering an engaging classroom experience tailored to diverse learning needs. This role is one day per week (approximately 0.20 FTE), with scheduled hours to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons across multiple subjects and grade levels, aligned with the BC curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess, record, and report student progress.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to support student learning.
  • Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional development.
