Job Description The operations manager is directly responsible for the food and beverage departments of both the ibis and the Novotel Southampton. From Hotel Buffet Breakfasts, brand standard bar and dining, Novotel stand alone dining, and conferencing for up to 500 people. This will include Recruiting, onboarding and training all food and beverage talents, from students, up to and including the leadership roles Delivering amazing guest experiences throughout all F&B parts of the business, and managing guests when we have fallen short in meeting their expectations Responsibility for all beverage offerings, menus and exceeding budgeted profits, whilst achieving beverage cost of sales and payroll targets Working with the executive chef to deliver new and exciting F&B offers You must have full working rights for the UK as sponsorship cannot be provided. Qualifications We are looking for an experienced hotel food and beverage leader, with at least 3 years in F&B leadership roles within hotels.
