Job Description As a Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance across hotels in the Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio through effective pricing, inventory management and strategic analysis, including: Managing day-to-day pricing and inventory. Identifying trends and developing short, medium and long-term strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analysing and quoting group business in line with brand and property strategies. Maximising room revenue, RevPAR and RGI performance against the competitive set. Preparing forecasts, budgets and end-of-month performance reporting. Leading Revenue Meetings to identify opportunities and implement strategies to optimise results. Partnering with General Managers, Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing teams to maximise hotel performance. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Revenue Management role. Multi-property experience is preferred but not essential. Proven ability to deliver results and achieve revenue targets. Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple channels. Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to achieve shared commercial objectives. Experience with Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is advantageous, but not essential.
