Job Description: As a Multi-Line Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal and commercial clients, delivering exceptional service, and identifying coverage needs across all lines. Your knowledge of auto insurance will be a key asset in supporting our diverse client base. This position will have the ability to write and sell new business as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an insurance account management or client service role
  • Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Alberta Auto
  • Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Alberta General Insurance License (Level 1 or 2)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in EPIC an asset
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary support to Account Executives by assisting with client communications, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Perform general office duties including managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records in the brokerage management system.
  • Manage and service a book of business across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Auto insurance
  • Provide day-to-day client support including policy renewals, changes, and inquiries
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our brokerage management system
  • Assist producers in securing new business and onboarding clients
  • Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
  • You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your book by writing and selling new business
