Job Summary: Adams MultiMedia of Southern Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy Multimedia Sales Manager to lead our Janesville office—one of AMM’s premier properties nationwide. This role reports directly to the General Manager and leads a high-performing team of four tenured outside Account Executives. In this hands-on leadership role, you will coach and develop sellers focused on integrated marketing solutions, including digital, print, and custom products. You will also manage a select group of key accounts, partnering with clients to build data-driven, results-oriented campaigns that drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking sales leader who understands today’s digital marketing landscape, is comfortable leveraging analytics and performance metrics, and has a proven ability to grow revenue through modern multimedia strategies. A strong coaching mindset, high energy, and a consistent history of exceeding goals are essential. On-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $75,000–$100,000. This position is based in our downtown Janesville office and is not remote or hybrid. This is a base salary + commission role. Key Responsibilities: ● Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and inspire a team of multi media Account Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. ● Account Management: Manage an exclusive portfolio of high-value clients with a focus on delivering tailored solutions. ● Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee budgeting processes and monthly sales projections. Collaborate on the creation and execution of actionable monthly and quarterly plans for the team. ● Community Engagement: Engage with the local business community, bringing awareness to AMM products, services, and content. ● Market Insight: Leverage experience in small markets to inform strategies and drive effective sales initiatives. ● Business Networking: Join and participate in local volunteer organizations. Minimum Qualifications: ● Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role. ● Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Excel and GSuite. Ability to quickly learn and teach relevant software programs is essential. ● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and results-oriented culture.
