POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a trustworthy Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative assistance and support to the engineering team. The maintenance coordinator's responsibilities Monitoring of maintenance plans and contracts timely execution Follow up maintenance tasks with the rest of the team, and coordinate with relevant vendors and service providers. Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met. Putting rooms needing maintenance out of order and assist with completion of audits Coordinate with other departments in order to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues in timely manner Maintaining compliance documents and property information Keeping track of supply and material inventories, ordering and liaising with suppliers Coordinate and schedule with other departments in the event of major system shut down or major repair or improvement. Updating maintenance service sheets in Transcendent Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement. Keeping track of the maintenance team training Assisting in the security procedures and sustainability practises Maintenance Coordinator Requirements: Previous experience in similar role within the service industry is an advantage Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
