Today we seek a Multi-Property Maintenance Technician for River Mews Apartments, a vibrant community of 645 apartments and townhomes, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. In addition, you’ll support Mill Creek Landing Apartments in Hampton, VA—a waterfront community of 54 apartments—by handling on-call responsibilities as needed. What We’re Looking For: A skilled, driven, and versatile Multi-Property Maintenance Technician who is ready to thrive in a dual-location position, bringing expertise and passion to both communities. This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys variety, is proactive, and can juggle independent work with the benefits of working with a supportive, team-oriented environment. ✔ HVAC Experience (REQUIRED) – Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems (including troubleshooting and repairs) ✔ General maintenance skills – plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more ✔ Problem-solving mindset – a go-getter who takes initiative ✔ Team player – work collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew ✔ Technology savvy – able to use MS Office 365 platforms and have access to their own mobile device ✔ An excellent communicator- Be proficient in English; both written and verbal communication skills are required.
