Equans ANZ, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, are on the lookout for a Multi Service Technician – Plumbing, to be an important part of a small yet experienced team of multi-skilled technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential building services equipment, ensuring the hospital environment remains safe, functional, and compliant.

• Perform technical work on building services equipment in accordance with EQUANS safety, quality and customer standards ensuring that the Company is meeting its objectives and budgets as required.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance/repairs on hydraulic plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete technical repairs with minimal supervision.
• Conduct compliance testing and certification (e.g. TMVs, backflow devices).
• Support general plumbing and assist with other building services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using handheld devices.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
