POSITION OVERVIEW

The Multi-Shifter Battery Change Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently exchanging large industrial batteries for electric forklifts and related equipment in warehouse and distribution environments. This role involves operating specialized equipment, monitoring battery health, and ensuring continuous equipment operation through proper charging, storage, and maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience: Prior experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment preferred.
· Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and operate specialized machinery such as multi-shifters.
· Safety Consciousness: Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and hazard prevention.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, maneuver, and work with heavy components in a physically demanding role.
· Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling, connecting, and recording battery-related tasks.
· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic environment.
