Guide applicants through the leasing process by explaining lease terms, pricing, and application requirements, and assisting with application completion. Maintain accurate resident files, manage and update waitlists, and process recertifications and lease renewals to support retention efforts. Communicate lease provisions and community policies clearly to both prospective and current residents, ensuring understanding and compliance. Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality completion of work and resident requests. Support operational efficiency by completing assigned daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Promote resident satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent follow-up. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with residents. Qualifications Minimum of two years of property management experience - Required Knowledge of Property Management software: RealPage - Preferred Reliable mode of transportation (valid Drivers License and insurance)- Required Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook ​​​​​​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and highly organized Strong customer service skills Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Additional Information Maplewood / Clinton / Hobart - 125 units $22 -$25 hourly + $125 Lease bonus Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
