As Multi-Site Cafe Manager, you’ll split your time across two well-established Falco bakery/cafe venues – each with a strong team and loyal local following. You’ll spend most of your time on the floor, supporting service, jumping in during busy moments, and setting the tone for calm, capable hospitality.
You’ll work closely with the venue managers, helping them with resourcing, rostering, and operational problem-solving. You’ll also oversee key systems like ordering, compliance, WHS and general venue upkeep.
You’ll report directly to the business owner, with regular check-ins and the chance to shape how things are done. You’ll also receive one-on-one support and mentoring from a dedicated People & Culture Consultant, offering guidance on leadership, systems and team development.
This is a service-first role, ideal for someone who wants to step into multi-site cafe management with the right support and without feeling overwhelmed.
