This position will serve as the Community Director for multiple conventional and affordable apartment communities in the area. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports. Develop and manage property budgets. Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income. Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld. Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met. Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service. Travel is required. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
