Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a 236-unit portfolio, supported by on-site leasing and maintenance teams. The role is based out of Park at Fitzsimons, located in Aurora, CO. Aurora is a high-demand, fast-moving market and requires a leader who is comfortable balancing operations, performance goals, and resident needs. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, improving systems, and driving performance with both care and accountability. Company-paid medical after 30 days + dental, vision & more 401(k) + financial planning resources Rent discount: 20% at your property or $100 off at another Hudson Grove community Locally owned + privately held + headquartered in Colorado Strong senior leadership support + real growth pathways What You’ll Do • Lead and develop on-site leasing, maintenance, and admin teams to achieve performance goals • Take ownership of occupancy, renewals, service levels, and resident satisfaction • Monitor and review financials, budgets, and performance reports • Hold weekly/Monthly operating rhythm standards in line with the Hudson Grove Way • Apply company procedures and policies consistently, with coaching vs. correction as needed • Ensure leasing execution, vacancy coordination, owner reporting, and resident communication • Prepare ongoing strategies for revenue, retention, and property performance • Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams, residents, and leadership You Bring • You know property management, and you lead people well (3+ yrs property management experience required) • You communicate clearly and close loops • You can learn fast, make decisions, and solve problems • You thrive in a fast-paced, mission-minded environment • You believe residents deserve quality + consistency • Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred • Yardi experience is a plus Ready to Build Something That Matters?
