Description Are you looking for a fun job working with kids that fits your schedule? Before and After school position in a public elementary school that follows the school calendar. Job details Location: Nedrow, Lafayette, and Union Springs, NY Schedule: Monday–Friday • Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM • Afternoon Shift: 2:15 PM – 6:00 PM Pay: $18:00 per hour Payday: Every other Friday Job type: Part time Commitment: School year 2026 to 2027 What your afternoons will look like Being part of a fun, welcoming after-school space for kids Helping kids build friendships through games and activities Being a positive influence on the children’s afternoon Requirements Benefits Direct deposit available On demand pay available for unexpected expenses Paid sick time earned over time Vision, dental, and telehealth coverage options 401(k) retirement savings plan available Requirements Enjoys working with school age children 18 years or older with an associate’s degree or higher Must also meet ONE of the following: Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience. School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
