Location: Remote, but with travel to Northampton and Huntingdon
DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business is seeking a Multi-Site IT Manager, covering three sites located in Northampton, Huntingdon, and Basingstoke. You will be accountable for providing IT provision to multiple sites within a Business unit, supporting the business needs of today and the future. You will be the business partner the operational sites and customer liaison for all IT services impacting the sites.

Our IT professionals play a vital role as strategic partners, capable of enacting value-adding change through standardisation, differentiation, and innovation.

Responsibilities

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be responsible for:

  • Successful delivery for IT solutions will include the coordination of central IT functions and leadership of local IT Resources.
  • Responsible for budget spend and ownership of each sites IT roadmaps.
  • Coordination of change management processes, incident management and escalations.
  • You will play an active part in IT project delivery for each site, acting as a site IT SME and provide end user service to enable the effective use of IT.
  • Local IT vendor supply management as required.
  • IT Service Management - delivery and maintenance of ITSM processes in operations and to manage service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
  • A key part of this role is to deliver continuous improvement projects across the sites, and you will be responsible for owning and managing these.
  • Team management of 2 IT Analysts ensuring daily leadership including coaching and development.
