Additional vacation accrued with tenure. ✔ Industry-Leading Training Program – Grow your career with ongoing sales, service, and technical training What You’ll Do As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your daily responsibilities will include: 🏡 Leasing & Sales – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment. 📞 Prospect Engagement – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking. 📝 Administrative Support – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately. 🎉 Resident Relations & Events – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests. 📢 Marketing & Outreach – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends. 🏢 Community Presentation – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained. What We’re Looking For ✅ 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. ✅ High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus). ✅ Strong communication & customer service skills – You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions. ✅ 40 hours per week; Monday and Saturday availability required (we’re closed Sundays!). ✅ Tech-savvy & marketing-minded – Comfort with social media and leasing technology is a plus.
