Assist with turnover of apartments, to include painting. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Cleaning of common areas. Daily water testing. Customer service. Light Salt / Snow removal duties. On-Call will be required. Requirements Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required. HVAC Certification is a plus! Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

Perform resident work orders, apartment turnovers, and general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. Maintain common areas, perform daily water testing, and handle seasonal landscaping and snow removal.
