QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or retail management; gas station or similar industry experience is an asset.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in team development, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and achieving business goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Oversee daily site operations, financial performance (P&L), and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage and support a unionized workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by motivating and coaching your team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure an exceptional guest experience at both sites.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Provide regular feedback and support to help employees grow and succeed.
• Enforce Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Analyze site performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements.
• Execute business plans and action items in collaboration with your Territory Manager.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement promotions, retail programs, and initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
