Job Description Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc. Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis - Required Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role - Preferred A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required) Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects Additional Information Properties: Cambridge & Cluster Park (152 units) Pay: $18-$20 an hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
