Location: Multiple Locations - Dublin City Centre, Malahide, Santry, Swords, Dun Laoghaire, Dunshaughlin & Salthill
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and restaurant environments.
  • Full, clean driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and delivering top-quality customer service.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and general compliance regulations.

THE ROLE: MULTI-SITE RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious multi-site Restaurant Manager to support our operations across various locations. This flexible and varied role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives on challenge, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about food and hospitality.
You will work closely with restaurant managers and our operations team to ensure the smooth running of our restaurants by providing cover for management absences, supporting team training, and contributing to special events and projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Support: Step into management roles across locations to ensure seamless restaurant operations during periods of absence, holidays, or peak trading.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Motivate, support, and lead teams in line with GFP’s values and service standards. Ensure a positive, productive working environment.
  • Training & Development: Support onboarding of new team members and help deliver in-house training across sites.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain and enhance exceptional customer service standards; handle any customer feedback or issues with professionalism and care.
  • Compliance: Ensure health & safety, HACCP, and food safety standards are consistently upheld across all locations.
  • Event Support: Assist in the execution and management of private events, launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Communicate feedback and insights to the Operations Team to support continuous improvement and consistency across locations.
