  • Experience working with third-party platforms and agents to boost visibility and sales.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong network within the city or similar urban environments is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Site Sales Manager to oversee two key sites in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive proactive sales strategies while mentoring and developing a team of Sales Executives to maximize reactive booking opportunities. As part of a larger sales team, you will be an integral player in supporting the site’s growth, promoting the services offered, and developing key partnerships across the city.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the sales efforts across two key sites in London, driving proactive sales strategies and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Mentor and develop Sales Executives to ensure they effectively manage reactive booking opportunities and capitalize on leads.
  • Promote the site and its offerings, building brand awareness through outreach and direct engagement with new and existing contacts.
  • Increase the number of quality contacts in the city by actively seeking new business opportunities and cultivating relationships.
  • Collaborate with third-party platforms, agents, and partners to ensure the site’s visibility and bookings are maximized.
  • Work closely with the on-site teams, ensuring seamless communication and support for both sales and operational objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing team to maximise exposure and sales opportunities
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth operations of planned bookings and events
  • Use data and insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals.
  • Represent the business in a professional manner, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and engagement.
