ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be:

  • Supporting customers at a range of public-facing locations across the area in our libraries, customer service teams, and Information and advice centres
  • Helping residents with a wide range of enquiries - face-to-face, over the phone, and online
  • Providing calm, confident support in sensitive or challenging situations
  • Keeping services running smoothly and stepping in where needed to support the team
