We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality of work.
• Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation related to site activities.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a positive team environment.
