What is the role?
As the full-time, permanent Multi-Site Technician for Timezone & Zone Bowling, you will be an integral part of our team that keeps our venue in slick operational order & ensures our team and guests are safe. Your role will involve ensuring the repair and maintenance of game machines, attractions & bowling facilities. You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. #safetyfirst
If you are the successful applicant, you will be provided with a vehicle from the company to visit our Timezone & Zone Bowling locations!
Venues You’ll be Looking After

You’ll be mainly supporting our Auckland venues!

  • Zone Bowling Henderson
  • Zone Bowling Wairau
  • Zone Bowling Manukau
  • Zone Bowling Botany
  • Timezone Botany
  • Timezone Newmarket

You’ll additionally be visiting Timezone Whangarei weekly or fortnightly, with rare visits to Timezone The Base, Timezone Victoria St, Timezone Bayfair, Timezone Palmerston North, Timezone Napier & Timezone Rotorua.
FUN FACT: You will additionally support the team with new builds & renovations, gaining additional experience of working with our facilities from start to finish!

Who are you?

  • Technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical maintenance of arcade machines or similar electronic equipment and systems is required
  • Natural ability in relationship building & communicating with both our guests and team on the floor
  • A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team
