KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment * Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry-related tasks * Ensure all rooms and public areas are in good working condition 2. GUEST SERVICE SUPPORT * Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints * Ensure minimal disruption to guests while carrying out repairs * Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room readiness 3. EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS * Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, generators, lighting, and water systems * Perform routine inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment * Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities 4. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE * Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies * Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations * Report any hazards or risks immediately 5. ENERGY & COST CONTROL * Support energy conservation initiatives * Ensure efficient use of materials and tools * Minimize wastage and control maintenance costs KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems * Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and in shifts * Good communication and coordination skills QUALIFICATIONS: * ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Refrigeration or related field * 2–4 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar role
