We are a trusted business established 26+ years with over 85 Operatives undertaking Building Maintenance and refurbishment work for National Retailers, Leisure, Local Authorities and Housing Associations throughout South Wales and South West England.
Clients include: Boots, Costa Coffee, Coventry Building Society, Care UK, Dulux, Holland & Barrett, JD Wetherspoons, Marstons, Medivet, Stonegate Pub Group, Toolstation, Travis Perkins, Valiant Pub Company.
Various Local Authorities and Housing Associations within South Wales.

A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE

Position: Multi Skilled Building Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (plus Overtime) - Potential to earn £45k per annum
Candidates are required to form part of a 24 hour emergency call- out rota which will be 1 in 4 weeks on.
Generous weekly standby allowance and overtime for call outs.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm
Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
Location: Position available in and around the areas listed above.

A MOBILE PHONE, UNIFORM, VEHICLE AND FUEL CARD WILL BE PROVIDED FOR WORK PURPOSES ONLY.

Key Skills: This role would ideally suit a qualified / time served carpenter or plumber, who can carry out a multitude of tasks within their core skill set. It is key that you can complete a variety of tasks to ensure repairs can be completed in a single visit.
Previous experience of working in a reactive maintenance role is preferable but not essential.
This role will require you to form part of our 24 hour emergency call out rota.
