We are seeking Cabin/Garden Room multi-skilled timber building installer teams.
. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the capability to lead and supervise projects effectively. The Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction tasks are completed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
• Experience in supervising teams, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members.

• Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to construct buildings and structures.
• Supervise and lead teams of workers, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
• Perform electrical installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, performing regular inspections and repairs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the building process.
