The ideal candidate will be responsible for various construction tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well on your own or within a team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is essensial .
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment .
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation essential
  • Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of construction tasks to include framing, roofing, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, general labour and finishing
  • Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Load and unload materials from lorries and ensure they are stored correctly on-site.
  • Help with the assembly of scaffolding, forms, or other temporary structures as needed.
  • Report any issues or hazards promptly to ensure safety on-site.
