We are looking for a Multi skilled engineer who as an electrical bias.
This individual will be able to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our client, whether this be electrically or basic facilities management. You will be part of a FM team who deliver a dedicated service to the client who is based in Cheadle.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer you’ll be responsible for, achieving a high level of service to the building occupants in a cost effective, technically competent and safe manner. Alongside this you’ll felicitate enhanced stakeholder relationships whilst delivering a consistent approach across the North Portfolio.
The ideal candidate would have understanding of PPM activities of building maintenance health and 18th Edition qualification.
You will also be expected to anticipate, diagnose and repair faults, recording accurately on work sheets and computer-based system, and complete any ADHOC duties assigned. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment and plant/rooms/services are kept clean, safe, and secure.
