REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
• A valid , clean driving license is advantageous for travel between job sites.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance work is essential.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across various properties, including plumbing, electrical, plastering, decorating and joinery tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from managers in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with renovations and improvements as required, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for each job.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects effectively.
