Job Description Job title - Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) Shift Pattern - 2's and 3's Days and Nights (12 hr shifts) Responsibilities will include: To work as part of the engineering team to provide effective and efficient mechanical and electrical support throughout the factory. Tasks will involve reactive support in the factory; continuous improvement projects planned though the maintenance system and planned maintenance tasks. The role will be working with a wide range of complex automated cooking processes and packaging equipment. Provide a proactive response to maintenance, continuous improvement tasks and reactive breakdowns on site; Accurate recording of all work activities; Completion of RCAs as required; Escalation of any further works required; Identification of CI projects for repetitive problems. Qualifications Relevant engineering qualification Able to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety and safe panel entry Experience of FMCG operations PC Literate (thereby able to use computer-based maintenance systems) Flexibility Health and Safety driven Able to strip machines in full and reassemble them, as well as completing machine size change procedures and their adjustments Additional Information Candidates with the following job titles are encouraged to apply!
