What You’ll Do

• Fix, prevent & improve equipment issues
• Keep workshop areas clean & audit-ready
• Log jobs & parts in Holistech
• Work closely with production teams
• Minimize downtime & boost efficiency
• Follow safety, hygiene & food standards

What You’ll Need

• Mechanical & electrical engineering qualifications
• Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs
• Safe working practices & risk assessment knowledge
• Great communication & teamwork

Bonus Skills (Desirable)

• TPM or Operator-Led Asset Care experience
• CMMS & Microsoft Office knowledge
• PLC programming
• Lean & continuous improvement mindset
