JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Groundworks Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be confident in all aspects of groundworks and concrete finishes, with experience in formwork and shuttering considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of groundworks including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and site preparation.Delivering high-quality concrete finishing.Assisting with formwork and shuttering tasks where required.Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Essential Requirements:
Current full UK driver’s license.Valid CSCS card (or equivalent qualification for plant operations).Proven experience in groundworks and concrete finishing.Strong awareness of health & safety standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Experience with formwork and shuttering. Additional plant operation tickets (e.g., dumper, roller, excavator).
