Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** Welcome guests and represent the hotel brand with professionalism and warmth Serve as a single point of contact for guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently, resolving issues to the highest standard of satisfaction Promote the company's ALL loyalty programme to all guests Prepare and organise all necessary documentation required for daily operations Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with company policy Flexibly support both reception and food & beverage operations based on hotel occupancy and operational requirements Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and proactive problem-solving in this fast-paced, hands-on role Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations and maintain a current valid visa Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills Flexibility in working hours essential Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management and organisational abilities Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Adaptability to handle various tasks and changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in a similar hospitality role Full training will be provided Additional Information At Ibis Budget Manchester Salford Quays, you’re not just starting a job — you’re becoming part of a vibrant and welcoming team right in the heart of Salford Quays.
