MULTISKILLED JOINER

Location: Between Newcastle and Birmingham (extensive regional travel)
Salary: Up to £16.60/hour (door-to-door pay)
Hours: Minimum 40 per week – flexible working hours
On behalf of our client, we are seeking experienced Multiskilled Joiners to join a growing team delivering high-quality reactive repairs, small works, and larger projects across major retail brands such as B&M, Bookers/Makro, and JD Sports.
This is a long-term opportunity with stable contracts and genuine potential for progression, as the team expands from 24 to 30 engineers to meet rising demand.

• Carry out all aspects of building fabric maintenance, including roofing, walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, partitions, and finishes
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently
• Complete small to medium refurbishment and installation projects, typically lasting 6–8 weeks (up to 12 months on occasion)
• Collaborate with plumbers and other trades for joint works across sites
• Conduct general building tasks including studwork, boarding, ceilings, sealing, and ironmongery installations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete necessary documentation
