Job Title: Labourer
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Labourer to undertake a variety of general construction tasks and assist other trades on site. The role requires a hands-on individual with proven construction experience, able to turn their skills to different aspects of building work while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of general construction tasks
  • Undertake site preparation, demolition, and maintenance tasks
  • Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers when required
  • Support with installation works (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, flooring)
  • Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and correctly
  • Ensure compliance with all site health & safety procedures
  • Maintain a tidy and organised work area
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general construction or building work is essential
  • Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety practices on site
  • Physically fit, reliable, and hard-working
  • Full UK driving license essential
