JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a multi skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our friendly team. The role involves working on void properties and renovation projects across Liverpool and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various projects. The ideal candidate should be able to perform skilled tasks across various trades including:

• Joinery, Brickwork, Structural Repairs
• Framing, Roofing, Concrete Work
• Carpentry, Masonry, Finish Work
• Tiling, Drylining, Screeding
• Bathroom & Kitchen Renewals
• Plumbing & Electrical (preferred but not essential)
• Oversee labourers and manage deliveries
• Carry out general labouring and cleaning duties
• Support waste management and recycling initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
• Execute flooring installation and tile laying according to project specifications.
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment on the construction site.
• Adhere to health & safety protocols and attend required training

The successful candidate will have the use of a company van following the completion of a successful probation period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
