REQUIREMENTS

· Maintenance or construction background essential. 4 years +
· Trade qualification desirable, ideally in carpentry and roofing
· Full clean drivers licence essential
· MEWP licence desirable
· Trailer licence desirable
· Excellent timekeeping essential
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Good communication skills
· Good written and spoken English
· Strong focus on health and safety
· Basic computer skills
· Friendly, confident, positive and customer-focused, a team player.
· Good physical fitness – able to carry materials, ability to climb ladders and work at height
· Flexibility is required within this role.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a responsible, honest and hardworking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician for a busy property management company based in Galway City.
The role will involve experience in a wide range of skills to provide fast and efficient response to a host of maintenance and upgrade works.

· Window and door repair
· Carpentry and roof repairs
· Basic plumbing repairs
· Basic electrical repairs
· Wall and ceiling repairs
· Painting
· Carry out emergency repairs
· Ad hoc duties as they arise
