                                 This position starts at $29.00 depending on experience 7:00a.m. – 3:30p.m. every 3rd Saturday on call per production requirements. Position Summary: Maintenance Technicians install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and parts. This position requires knowledge of mechanical and electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations. They must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient. The work of Maintenance Technicians can often be physically demanding. In order to install and repair equipment, they may need to crawl, climb, and stand for extended periods of time. They must also be able to operate tools in close proximity to mechanical and electrical components. Maintenance Technicians must also be able to understand and make decisions based on technical documents, such as blueprints, schematics, or instructions. They must also be motivated to work on their own and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are a necessary part of this position. What we offer: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Job Responsibilities: * Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical components of industrial equipment. * Work as a team member or alone to complete projects. * On call to assist 24/7 operations in preventing unplanned downtime and or reducing downtime situation as they occur. * Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes. * Make decisions based on technical documents. * Perform quality testing and inspections. * Interpret and maintain consistent PM schedules * Trouble shoot equipment failures * Develop and maintain relationships with outside contractors Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
