We are looking to recruit 2 Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technicians to join the Estates Maintenance Team.
The postholders will be expected to carry out both routine and complex maintenance requests in an efficient and effective manner to support successful delivery of a customer focussed estate maintenance service for the Foundation Trust.

THE POSTHOLDERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • apply their skills to service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical & electrical systems, plant and equipment, deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others.
  • undertake a multi-skilled role to carry out maintenance, repairs and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
  • work rotational shifts to cover sickness and annual leave of Chargehand Technicians, which ensures 24 hour on site cover.
