Job Title: Multi-Tradesman

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
• Report back to co-ordinator
• Carry out job reports
• Attend property maintenance callouts
• Attend repair works
• Weekend work as required

Experience:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Past experience with a trade is beneficial
• Fundamental skills in IT is required
• Kitchen fitting
• decorations
• basic plumbing
• tiling
