OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operative to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong multi skilled ability, with the ability to read and interpret both written and verbal instruction. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and understand jobs given
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Previous experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
